In this privacy policy (the "Policy"), we want you to know why we collect Information and the ways in which we collect, store and use Information through skylabags.com (the "Site"). We also inform you of the purpose for collecting the Information. We do not collect, use or disclose Information other than in accordance with the Policy.
2. TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
The Information we collect includes your full name, shipping address, telephone number, e-mail address, age and financial information (credit card number and expiration date). This Information allows us to contact you and deliver your purchase.
You may request that we delete your information at any time after your order has been processed and delivered by sending an email to hello@skylabags.com. See more on this below.
SKYLA may also collect non-personal information about you even if you do not purchase any products from the Site, such as: IP addresses, devices, applications and cookies. See section 4 below on how we use this information.

Your name, e-mail address, telephone number and address will never be disclosed to advertisers. SKYLA reserves the right to disclose Information as required by law, in response to legal process or demand, and when necessary to protect the property, interests and rights of SKYLA and its affiliates.

SKYLA will inform its suppliers and subcontractors of restrictions on data processing.
COMPLAINTS OF NON-COMPLIANCE
You may challenge our compliance with data protection obligations by lodging a complaint with hello@skylabags.com. We will investigate the complaint in consultation with the SKYLA department that is responsible for the use of the data. If the complaint is justified, SKYLA will take all appropriate measures to resolve the complaint and, if necessary, modify its practices.

8. UNSUBSCRIBING FROM PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL
