Returns & Exchanges
Need to return or exchange a bag?
SKYLA accepts returns of unworn items within 30 days of delivery. To begin your return or exchange, email us at hello@skylabags.com, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
Something went wrong with your order?
All SKYLA handbags and wallets are covered by a 90-day warranty. If your item is damaged, we’ll exchange it for the same product or a similar item of equal value that’s in stock. Email hello@skylabags.com to initiate your warranty claim.
Purchased from a retail partner?
Returns and exchanges for items purchased through a SKYLA retailer must be processed directly with the store. Each retailer has its own return policy, and we respect their guidelines.
Final sale items
All sale items are final sale. Our 30-day return policy does not apply to discounted purchases.
Exchanges
To ensure the item you want is still available, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund. We cannot guarantee stock availability for direct exchanges.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. SKYLA does not offer pre-paid return labels. Please use tracked shipping, signature confirmation, and/or insurance when returning your item, as SKYLA is not liable for lost return packages.
